Quality Control
Carber’s main goal is avoid claims and discrepancies, trying to guarantee
to customers that they will receive exactly what they ordered.
As per our experience, this is the critical issue in the lumber business.
Orders from clients do not always include the complete information about
the product and conditions required. That is why we spend a majority of
our efforts in good communication. This is very important to know the
exact product specification the client desires.
Previous to each shipment, Carber make a complete inspection at each sawmill,
checking all the critical issues of each product such as sizes, sanded,
kiln drying, profile, grading and packaging.
After that, we follow the logistics and documents issues.
